My opinion is ,this time is a delayed one.
Probably 2019.
Be on the look up for sign next few months.

First sign of 1998 crash - Finance One from Thailand went bust.
First sign of 2008 crash - Northern Rock bank suffered bank run.

If you find any banks or money lenders now got liquidity problem pls tell us.
