Given latest development, i think it's pretty obvlous we won't see GE15 this year!
However, having said that, the criteria to hold GE15 should center on how fast majority get vaccinated!
80% vaccinated within the next 6 months should be realistic! Enough to dissolve parliment and make way for GE15 by early next year!

If you hold GE15 when majority are not vaccinated, chances are, we see super high spike and not enough beds for those who are sick!
At 80%, at least the infection rate will be manageable!
