瑞穗银行驻香港的首席亚洲外汇策略师张建泰表示，推动银行降低存款利率是中国“相对可行的政策选项”之一，因近期人民币贬值可能限制了直接放松货币政策的空间。

彭博社报道，中国大型商业银行据悉正评估进一步下调人民币存款利率，在降低自身负债成本的同时，激励居民转化存款为消费和投资，进而提振经济。

知情人士表示，市场利率定价自律机制上周建议国有大行调降三年期及以上的定期存款利率10个基点，下调活期存款利率5个基点。他们并称，各家银行正对此进行评估，最早本周调整。

知情人士因未被授权对外评论而不愿具名，中国央行未立即对此予以置评。

部分境内商业银行在过去几个月中已经下调了定期存款利率，国有大行上月也调降了协定存款和通知存款的利率上限。这一方面有助缓解银行的净息差收窄压力、增强银行体系抗风险能力，另一方面也显示出决策层在稳增长方面的考量。

It is a bad cycle that factories no oder caused pay cut and jobless. It makes home buyers no money to pay high housing loan. Bank short of funds to finance developers and developers no fund to complete unfinished projects. Local governments cant sell expensive lands to developers to support the expenses. Three months before saboteurs bombed the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline, the Biden administration learned from a close ally that the Ukrainian military had planned a covert attack on the undersea network, using a small team of divers who reported directly to the commander in chief of the Ukrainian armed forces.

Details about the plan, which have not been previously reported, were collected by a European intelligence service and shared with the CIA in June 2022. They provide some of the most specific evidence to date linking the government of Ukraine to the eventual attack in the Baltic Sea, which U.S. and Western officials have called a brazen and dangerous act of sabotage on Europe’s energy infrastructure.

The European intelligence report was shared on the chat platform Discord, allegedly by Air National Guard member Jack Teixeira. The Washington Post obtained a copy from one of Teixeira’s online friends.
