Spekulasi keluar dari PN17..Dan mungkin sudah start belian ke arah itu...jika ada info lain boleh share...

My broker recommended this counter to me. But I see that company has no focus as 3 areas of activity. Revenues go down. There is PN17 application, but would like to see good news about business, not just legal prospect. Will keep digging here.
2023-05-11 12:28
companies go in and out of PN17 all the time.. hope that with the new expansion that Propel can continue this momentum..
2023-05-18 17:51
I would expect this company to be cheap due to PN17, but they are actually close to 5 year high. What is the case to purchase it ?
Yes, Angelina, new CEO looks great and speaks sense. But results are not inspiring. Less profit y on y.
2023-05-22 18:07
New management , new business , 2 to 3 quarters of straight profits and eyeing PN17 exit.
2023-05-23 16:04
Nobody dare to even scoop the shares from open mkt major shareholders too not showing interest to accummulate their own shares. If there is confidence of upliftment who knows it better than co major shareholders. Look at the volumn traded indication of lack of confidence whether Bursa will approved its application to get out from pn17 status.

When share price run up is an opportunity for old creditors to cash out by dumping further
2023-05-31 09:52
may be old creditors to cash out......let see how second half ..ready and watch lol
2023-05-31 09:54
Maker or major shareholders hv to show true intent...they need to start collect from open mkt and absord any form of selling. At the moment we aint seeing any..is like pump to 22cts then someone started to cash out. Bear in mind pgb took over daya s listing did a restructuring...settled wt creditors wt shares of newco...creditors might b cashing out when price ran up
2023-05-31 10:09
This was part of the regularisation plan
Other salient points include the settlement of liabilities to its creditors amounting to some RM109.6 million and the settlement of professional fees of RM610,114, a private placement of up to 250 million shares at 20 sen per share

Thanks for the info @High5, like that long road to north unless some whale coming in
2023-05-31 10:37
Tks for info. Looks like creditors cashing out. Holding cash is always better than the shares. Private placement always parcel out at a discount vs market average. This is too entice creditors to accept their shares
2023-06-01 22:51
Not a good sign if slid below 15-16 sen price range. Apr -Jun result coming out before end August

Propel Global (Bursa Malaysia: PGB) is an energy services company. The Bursa energy sector did not do very well over the past decade as can be seen from the ROA trend of the sector. Refer to the top chart. https://i.postimg.cc/L5cJb3t3/PGB.png
When I looked at PGB performance, I found that for most of the decade, its ROA under-performed my reference Bursa energy services company – Dayang. It only did better over the past 2 years. Refer to bottom chart.
Is PRG turning around? I would not look at its 2022 results as a big part of the profits came from a one-off disposal of assets. I am a long term investor holding onto stocks for > 5 years. So I look for long term performance rather than one particular year. As such I would not look at PGB.
Sure there may be new management, but until there is a longer track record from them, I would KIV this counter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quk378SFfCg
