So the company propose to issue 20% share to directors (free-issued?) during the EGM on 14th. Expect the shares will be diluted and the price drops accordingly to probably 30s... better escape now before it is too late.

I'm a little giddy as I had a hunch to check my maybank portfolio & to my shock I discovered that I bought 8k in Aug '18 for 17c but had forgotten about it since it showed a paper loss ever since. I SOLD 3k for 61c just now for a record 669 trading days in a row with at least one realised gain...another miracle!

ya.. company involved in some of the power utility service in Indonesia. the key advantage is exclusive software frm UK to manage all these. Good prospects.
