another strategy, is to take up some loan (be it preferred member personal loan, or credit card with low / 0% interest loan ) to invest in this counter...
since we're in low interest environment, loan would be around 3-4%, and this returns u around 7%, even if u buy it at RM1.9 now..so, its still a worthy investment.

@Trade in Peace The big gap in UOA is because of ex-dividend, not because of price drop.
So I would think it is still ok to buy at this price now. What do you think?

interest rate hike, property sales under more pressure. DRP price no discount to current price at 1.63.
might as well take the cash and look for better bargain. e.g. Maybank, also high div & will benefit from interest rate hike.
