i think warrant issuer will take this bad market sentiment to drive UMW price as close as to 3.05 or below 3.05, so that UMW-C30 will be out of money, expired by 25 Nov 2021.

UMW Group’s automotive sales improved in October 2022 as both UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) and UMW’s associate company, Perodua, delivered 35,130 units in October 2022, four per cent higher than the 33,859 units registered in September 2022.
In a statement today, the group said that the higher sales were recorded as both companies continued to fulfil their encouraging outstanding bookings.

For the first ten months of 2022, the UMW Group delivered a total of 302,356 units, 50 per cent higher than the 201,569 units registered in the corresponding period of 2021 which was affected by the implementation of the full movement control order (FMCO) from June 1 to Aug 15, 2021.
UMWT achieved its highest sales for 2022 with the delivery of 9,281 units in October 2022, a marginal rise versus 9,233 units registered in September 2022.
Year-to-date October 2022, UMWT registered 80,153 units, a 47 per cent growth versus the 54,618 units registered in the corresponding period of 2021.

Revenue doubled year-on-year to RM4.06 billion from RM2.02 billion previously, the automotive industry company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
"The better performance was mainly attributable to the higher contributions from all core segments, namely the automotive, equipment, and manufacturing and engineering divisions.
"Correspondently, we also reported a substantially higher profit before taxation and zakat (PBTZ) of RM231.5 million in the current quarter compared with RM16.5 million in the corresponding quarter

In the automotive segment, its revenue of RM3.43 billion was notably higher than the RM1.59 billion reported in the corresponding quarter, mainly due to the higher number of vehicles sold in the current quarter.
Meanwhile, the equipment segment posted revenue of RM394.4 million or 24.8 per cent higher than the RM316.0 million reported in the corresponding quarter, while the manufacturing segment revenue increased more than double to RM252.2 million from RM110.3 million in the corresponding quarter.
For the first nine months ended Sept 30, 2022 (9M FY2022), its net profit stood at RM309.09 million from RM28.27 million and revenue increased to RM11.44 billion from RM7.42 billion in 9M FY2021.

I bought this one mistakenly betting on a 'double bottom' in 2019 @ 4.39, just 3 mths b4 the craziness of 2020 turned the world upside down...luckily averaged down @ 3.04 in 2020 so my cost is 3.767 all in.
Today, I was looking for a stock to bring me to 612 days of capital gains in a row & noticed UMW being likely to open high @ 3.83 so I SOLD 2/3 of my trapped shares @ the open & earned a little, not counting the dividends already received since purchase.
Was also turned off by all the analysts strongly promoting this stock so am glad to liberate some capital before the long weekend :)
