PROPOSED SHARE CONSOLIDATION
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 6 September 2023, approved the Proposed Share Consolidation comprising the listing and quotation of:
(i) up to 458,862,971 Consolidated Shares;
(ii) up to 61,177,475 Consolidated Warrants A; and
(iii) up to 91,773,576 Consolidated Warrants B.
JOE and TA Securities are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.56(2)(ii) and (iii) and Paragraph 13.20(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
This announcement is dated 7 September 2023.

Banyak yg consolidation goreng dahulu,DGB saya dapat harga 1 sen sebelum consolidation bermaksud kos 10 sen slp consolidation.Saya dapat jual harga 17 sen dan mother goreng sampai 19 sen,skg pantau balik harga 11 sen mother.

it has to first hit 26.5 in order to retest recent high 29-29.5...the sooner it is, the better to maintain the buying momentum ...wishing the very best

staying above 25 would suggest a likely trend reversal from down to up and crossing above 29.5 would confirm the reversal with a potential to touch 35 sen

whilst 26.5 is a resistance cum profit taking, it is also a buy ...entering into a 26.5 -30 zone ..so once sorted out it would galvanize to 35

Last Friday trading ended at 0.255 suggested the reversal pattern may occur. POC - 0.235. Breakout 0.28 will up. Otherwise heading to south for consolidation. This counter is a bit volatile. Correction may take 40% off from the top. The coming Monday trading will provide the clue on how the stock will be heading to .....
