HSBC International Trustee Limited ("HKIT") holds the shares of IGB Berhad in its capacity as Trustee of trusts 2. HSBC International Trustee (Holdings) Pte. Ltd. ("HSIT") owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. HBAP owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. The change is due to : Disposal of 2,400,000 and 1,700,000 shares on 17 April 2018 and 18 April 2018 respectively by Kenderlay Limited.
