Consideration shares received pursuant to the acquisition by Ranhill Holdings Berhad of the power and water asset companies from Ranhill Group Sdn Bhd (RGSB) and Ranhill Utilities Sdn Bhd (RUSB) respectively (Ranhill Acquisition).
