Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of car window regulators and other automotive components.; Nobel Decree Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacture and supply of automotive electric horns, and Autovisor Plastics Sdn. Bhd, which is engaged in manufacturing sunvisors and interior car lamps. On March31, 2010, the Company disposed Diasia Ventures Sdn. Bhd. In November 2011, the Company acquired Proreka (M) Sdn Bhd.
