The Board wishes to announce further that the Company will continue its business as usual and during the period of suspension, Encik Kamarul Azman Bin Kamarozaman@Amir, the Group Chief Financial Officer (“GCFO”), will be appointed as the Officer in Charge, who will temporarily assume the duties and functions of GCEO. The Company shall announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
