Business Background Farlim Group Malaysia Bhd is a property development company. It is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties in India. The company operates through three segments: Property segment which comprises of property related activities. The trading segment comprises mainly trading of building materials. Investment segment comprises mainly of investment holding. Its properties include public amenities, such as hypermarket, banks, pharmacies, clinics, restaurants, post office, petrol kiosk, kindergartens and police station.

First thing, i went and read 2019 annual report. The founder holds at least 47.5% of Farlim not counting friendly allies. For those who dreamt of getting a piece of the RM70 over million cash, you can dream on. You know if i was the founder, what would i do? I would draw a substantial salary every year till the RM70 over million dries up.
