Business Background Green Ocean Corp Bhd is an investment holding company. The company through its subsidiaries is involved in palm kernel crushing, refining of palm oil and palm kernel oil and trading of refined palm oil products. It is organised into the following operating divisions - Biotechnology related products; Information Communication Technology, and Other division. Biotechnology Related Products include palm oil kernel crushing and refinery, and premium health balanced cooking oil; Information Communication Technology division provides total information technology solutions, information management services, software applications, foundation and licensing and maintenance services; and Other division is engaged in the investment holding activities.

Other than these, not many things created by man are free for others. Free warrants will definitely benefit big boys holding big chuck of the shares to receive big chunk of free warrants to control and goreng. Free warrants might eventually be released into market for retailers to hold until expiry date without any returns when exercise price exceeded share price If free warrants are converted into shares, retailers will have their small equity % further diluted. Unlike PP and RI which pay first, BI is paid later ‘if’ the ‘conditions’ are met..nothing to lose. Recent JAG BI of FREE warrants is a very good example of what happens to these FREE warrants; it is not FREE at all. The highest price of JAG is around MYR0.4 (graphically BI adjusted 0.335) before BI drops to MYR0.28. The price dropped further to lowest MYR0.245 after the ex price.
