Business Background Hirotako Holdings Berhad (HHB) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in provision of management services. The Company operates in three divisions: Safety restraints, Acoustics and Other operations. The safety restraints division is engaged in manufacture and sale of airbag modules, steering wheel, and seat belts for motor vehicles. The Company's products are supplied to all major original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in the automotive industry in Malaysia. The acoustics division is engaged in manufacture and sale of noise and heat reduction material, as well as insulator parts for motor vehicles. The Company's products include noise dampers, inner dash insulators, outer dash insulators, bonnet/hood liners, floor liners, parcel trays and headliners. The other operations division is engaged in investment holding and provision management services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, HHB acquired 15% interest in PA Resources Bhd.

Trader Rempit hi guy, i have buy hiro stock at 0.95, but already 1months the stock are not change so much.. what its means? stock will fall or up? what is target price? and also bought some hiro-wa at 0.12, i know it is overvalue coz the value is 0.08 for warrant so im waiting for mother share to up, so the warrant also up. any advice guys..... 26/11/2011 4:41 AM ramsyll MBM Resources is making a takeover offer at RM0.97 for Hiro shares, hence its unlikely to move past RM0.96 unless some other party comes in to make a better offer than MBMR. 26/11/2011 8:48 PM Trader Rempit ya, but hiro perform well in past 3years, but now not sure wat will happend after MBM takeover....but even world market is downtrend this stock still equlibrium (stable) at 0.96...any idea? wat is means? coz the deal MBM to take over still not confirm yet, after confirm maybe price will up....but just wait....any other gud stock to attacks? recomend me some gud stock to buy... 27/11/2011 7:05 AM ramsyll no such hope,since major shareholder given undertaking to accept offer.
