The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Mid Valley City Sdn Bhd (MVC), is the owner and operator of Mid Valley Megamall (Megamall), whereas Mid Valley Capital Sdn Bhd is a special purpose vehicle. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company renewed a total of 135 tenants, and 25 new brands added. In 2010, megamall new product categories include Boost Juice, Brotzeit, Bysi, Cache Cache, Citibank, Decleor Paris, Galactic Laser, Gardens Lifestyle Store and Cafe, Habib, Heart Attack, Lavender, Money Me, MyNews.com, OKU Dobi, Pao Xiang Bak Kut Teh, Reminisce, 7-Eleven, S&J, Spoon, Sushi Q, The Library, The Kopitiam, VHobby, Yoshido Shokudo and Zero to Ten. On February 14, 2011 and March 25, 2011, the Company announced the acquisition of 100% interest in Mid Valley City Gardens Sdn Bhd from IGB Corporation Berhad.
