The Company is engaged in provision of Internet-based surveillance systems, machine control with visual inspection software and other information technology services, such as systems integration, support services and training. It operates in five segments: VoIP system, Surveillance system, Customised inspection system, Telecommunication services and Eliminations. On August 25, 2008, the Company through its wholly owned subsidiary company, Mobif Global Sdn. Bhd., had acquired 51% of the Mobif Broadband Shop Sdn. Bhd. (MBSSB). On November 13, 2008, the Company had acquired 100% of My Domain Electronic Sdn. Bhd.
