HDM-Carlaw Corporation Berhad (HDMC) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The principal activities of HDMC and its subsidiaries are research, design, development and commercialization of proprietary automation and robotic factory automation, flexible manufacturing systems, process automation solutions, design solution and development of heat systems in manufacturing processes and heat project engineering. As of December 31, 2009, HDMC's subsidiaries were HDM-Carlaw (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., HDM-Carlaw Flexmation Sdn. Bhd., Rollermann Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Carlaw Paulzen Maschinenbau Limited.
