DFZ Capital Berhad (DFZ) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in two segments: trading of duty-free goods and non-dutiable merchandise, and properties and hospitality. Other operations of the Company include provision of management service, recreation, tours and travel services. DFZ operates from the two duty free complexes at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah Darul Aman and Padang Besar, Perlis Indera Kayangan, the two road gateways of Malaysia-Thai border at the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The Company’s subsidiaries include DFZ Trading Sdn. Bhd., Orchard Boulevard Sdn. Bhd., Selasih Ekslusif Sdn. Bhd., Winner Prompt Sdn. Bhd. and DFZ Asia Sdn. Bhd. On January 8, 2008, the Company acquired Emas Kerajang Sdn. Bhd. and its wholly owned subsidiary.
