Remark A total of 6,420,500 treasury shares were distributed on 20 April 2022 as share dividend on the basis of half (0.5) treasury share for every one hundred (100) existing ordinary shares held in Ranhill Utilities Berhad ("Ranhill" or "the Company") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("Share Dividend No. 3 FY2021").
