Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 2. Disposal of 250,000 shares by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd. ("FFMC") for its discretionary mandates. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares. 3. Disposal of 250,000 shares for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by FFMC. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FPL and FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
