1. Disposal of 50,000 shares by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd ("FFMC") for its discretionary mandate. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
2. Disposal of 250,000 shares for the discretionary mandate of FPL, managed by FFMC. By virtue of Temasek's 100% shareholding in FPL and FFMC, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
3. Disposal of 43,500 covered warrants by DBSAM for its discretionary mandate. DBSAM is a subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBS"). Since Temasek and its associates are entitled to exercise approximately 28% shares of the votes attached to the voting shares of DBS, Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares.
4. Disposal of 100,200 covered warrants by Mayban for the discretionary mandate of Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad ("Hwang-DBS"). DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of DBS, owns approximately 23% of Hwang-DBS. Temasek is deemed to be interested in these shares by virtue of its interest in DBS, as indicated in item (3) above.
