(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HAHO owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to: Disposal of 77,000 and 46,000 shares on 10 and 11 January 2019 respectively.
