(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HAHO owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. The change is due to: Disposal of 76,000 and 53,200 shares on 15 and 18 March 2019 respectively.
