(HSIT) owns the entire issued capital of HKIT. 3. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HSIT. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HSBC Holdings owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to: Disposal of 50,100 and 45,000 shares on 24 January and 25 January 2019 respectively.
