GKGI holds shares representing more than 15% of the voting rights in G.K. Goh Holdings Limited ("GKGH"). GKGH's wholly owned subsidiaries, Strategic and Cacona, hold 31,377,300 shares and 16,258,508 shares respectively, representing approximately 2.84% and 1.47% of the share capital of E&O. GYL thus has a total deemed interest in E&O of 55,600,408 shares, or approximately 5.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of E&O.
