HCL is deemed to have indirect interest in the said Magnum shares by virtue of Section 6A (4) of the Companies Act, 1965 (‘the Act”) held through CMSB. Cedar Holdings Limited is deemed to have indirect interests in the said Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL.
