Quantum Aspects Sdn Bhd, ("QASB") is deemed to have an indirect interest in HeveaBoard Berhad ("HB") by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through their 21.42% shareholding in MPHB. Dynamic Icon Sdn Bhd, ("DISB") is deemed to have an indirect interest in HB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through their 52.67% shareholding in QASB.
