After selling off all my EFORCE shares yesterday, i end up with these.
51% CASH
49% Valuable Stocks
.....1. Perak Corp
.....2. MNRB
.....3. PM Corp
Some people may get angry because i sold off my EFORCE and come out with their grandfather stories about after buy cannot sell. I say GO FAK your grandfarther lar.
Some people may get angry because i hold 51% cash ... i say .... hmmmmm ... i better dun say anything.
Okay ... let's get down to serious and more important record on my portfolio.
My Year-to-date (YTD) of my portfolio up 4 Jul 2015 is ......... jeng jeng jeng ...... he he he .... u wouldn't believe me. It so damn GOOOOOOOOOOD. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH .... dun jealous hor .... i mean .... please dun be jealous hor. After spending so much time on running, yoga-ing, stretching, 4 wheel driving, Mt. kinabalu-ing, half marathoning, holidaying the whole year .... my portfolion manage to give YTD of 0.3% .... i repeat 0.3 fakking percent !!! Not 30% not 3% but zero point 3 BIG FAKKING PERCENT !! CIPET LU OLANG LAR !!
Hahahahaah ... not shame-shame to admit one. For one thing i will not lie and cheat u and particular my ownself lor. But my return is actually still quite IMPRESSIVE ...... comparing to the other fellow (real life) who LOSS hundreds of thousands. This fellow are very obsessed with other people knee caps. Refuse to accept different people religions or culture other than his own talibanisme. SERVE U FAKKING RIGHT. He believe he will go to hell if i wear shorts to hospital, or any other goverment department.
Come back to my portfolio return. Zero point three percent YTD. This is how a very successful value investor portfolio return should look like. Dun try to claim u are a value investor if u gain less than mine hor. HAHAHAHAHAH. If u earn more than mine, than i will ask u same question like before .... u sulah kaya ke belum ? Belum ? Aik ! Pelik sungguh.
HAHAHAHAH ... .adoi ..... okay okay .... dun be ANGRY. Dun be angry. I am just stating fact. I am now holding 51% CASH, because i am still worry .... and still worry is a very understatement. China funds is coming down, Europe is coming down. US will be following suit. Oil price and palm oil ... as i have explain since last year october, is true as predicted. Other commodities price are depressed. Whole world economies in jeorpardy. On local front, we have 1mdb scandal, felda scandal and mara scandals. And worst is the dress code scandals.
Boh chow ccccc Banners is still flying high. Keep cash. At least 50% cash. If stock go up, u untung because u got 50% in stock mar. If stock crash, u will be very very lucky for keeping 50% cash. At least that is how i as the most panlai think.

Calvin is still holding Bj Corp. See last time I told people to buy Jerasia around 40 to 45 cents. Jerasia didn't perform for a long while.
Finally Jerasia comes alive! Price jumped 100%!
So don't be so myopic like tikus who cannot see far ahead like the eagles. For Calvin who sees far into the future - BJ Corp will leap frog to over Rm1.00 some day!

Think Straight Lah!
1) IMDB is only owing RM42 billions while Our Reserves are more than Rm360 Billions. So only 10% to 15% loss won't put such a huge dent to confidence. This is not 1997!
2) IMDB Still got Assets worth Rm52 Billions (Most of the lands were unfairly sold at Huge Discounts to IMDB). These Prime lands in Bandar Malaysia & TRX are highly marketable. So solution is there - given time.
3) Bank Negara Dato Zeti already stated that the Fall out from IMDB saga is contained. It will not be a systematic risk to the Malaysian Financial System.
4) Both Fitch, Moody & SP have confirmed Malaysia's stable to positive position. There is no downgrade like Russia or Greece. So Funds will act accordingly.
5) Actually Dr M relentless exposure is good for Malaysia. It will keep everybody in check.
6) Since AWSJ has come out to attack PM Najib's credibility. Let Najib give his defense & rebuttal. This test in the crucible will determine his guilt or innocence. He is still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
7) PM Najib like all other PMs are dispensable. Malaysia with its unique position, resources & dynamic people will still thrive on.
8) So take this blip as an opportunity to Buy Value Shares with a Longer Term View.
We have lived through even greater crisis like 1) 1973 - Arab Oil Embargo. 2} 1985 to 1987 - Fall of Saigon in 1985. Recession caused by Tin & Rubber Collapse. 3) 1987 - Dr M challenged by Razaleigh & Musa Hitam. 4) 1991 (US invasion of Iraq). 5) 1997-8. Asian Financial Crisis
6) 2007/8. Lehman Brothers' Debacle which triggered the Great Recession.
This too will pass.

today is the DOOMSDAY ! At the end of today and end of this week ... there will always a few donkeys and camels come in and blame these CRASH on leno. They blame 1997 crash on me, 2007 crash on me, greek default on me ... it is always me. HAHAHAHAHAHAH .... i have to admit ... YUP ! I HAVE TO ADMIT SINCERELY AND TRUTHFULLY ...
