Crescendo (stock code: 6718) declared a special dividend as earnings surged to a seven-year high on the back of rising home sales and high margin industrial land disposal.

Crescendo is planning to pay an interim dividend of 5 sen per share and another 13 sen as special dividend. Net profit more than doubled to RM57.06 million in the 12 months ended Jan 31, 2024 (FY2024) while revenue surged 58% to RM341.35 million.

In FY2025, Crescendo plans to launch properties with total GDV of RM1.2 billion. This total GDV is the record high in the company history.

Group's Prospect

Crescendo is confident it will perform well in FY2025 as land sales of RM545 million in NCIP will result in an estimated net gain of RM310 million. What is the EPS when earnings is RM310 million?
