Kossan and Supermax price charts below show that their share prices have started rebounding about 2 weeks ago. Short term investors can take advantage of the situation to make some quick profit. But they should be careful because the glove average selling price is dropping due to oversupply.
Long term investors should not take the risk to buy glove stocks to keep for long term.
A few days ago, Kossan reported a big jump in profit. All the other glove makers will most likely report increased profit for the quarter ending March. However, glove makers will not be able to report increased profit for the next few quarters because the average selling price has started to drop due to oversupply.
Recently, I have posted 2 articles namely Investors must look ahead and Glove stocks: to buy or not. Briefly I said:
The price of medical glove has been shooting up higher and higher since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic in early 2020. As a result, all the existing glove manufacturers have been expanding their production to make more and more profit. In fact, many companies which are not in the glove business have also diversified to make gloves.

China has many new glove factories.
All the Chinese glove manufacturers have expanded their production. There must be a lot of new glove manufacturers. I can imagine how quickly the Chinese Entrepreneurs would have taken advantage of this profitable opportunity.
US Government
The US is our biggest glove market. The US Government has provided many incentives for glove manufacturers to produce gloves in US because they do not want to depend on imported gloves.
European Union
The European Union has provided large sum of money for the Covid 19 pandemic prevention and low interest loan to encourage investors to start glove factories in Europe.
Canada
Supermax has increased additional production lines in all its existing factories and started a new factory in Canada.
Top Glove also has expanded its production lines in all its existing factors and started to construct new factories.
Reduced demand for gloves
Due to massive vaccination, the number of new Covid 19 cases is gradually being reduced. As a result, the demand for medical gloves is also being reduced gradually and glove prices will continue to drop.
Based on the above factors, I wish to point out that the average selling glove price will continue to drop due to oversupply and all the glove makers will not have profit growth any more.
Investors must remember that among all the stock selection criteria such as NTA, Cashflow, PE ratio, dividend yield, debt or healthy balance sheet, etc, the most powerful catalyst to move share price is profit growth prospect. Never buy any stock that has no good profit growth. Never buy any stock if it cannot report increased profit in the next few quarters.

I think KYY just share his thought, no right or wrong. I still hold the TG shares, i can understand his concern and it is valid but i hold a different thought. I believe it needs few years to back to normal. Second, no body know what is the next. The experts don't tell you the truth. The truth is the virus evolve too fast. China scientists started with new vaccine research to cope the potential mutated variance, which cannot be contain by current vaccine. Even US and the other developed countries can vaccinated their civilian but most of the under developed and developing countries, they couldn't. The mutant can happens and spread back to the developed country. So, they best way, everyone is get ready. Thus, they may need stockpile all PPE.

One things very such is glove or vaccine not the right tools to stop,just dont wanted to believe glove indeed helping to spreading the virus..thinks about it,how people work while wearing the glove?they touch many different objects with the same glove,unintentionly it help spreading...i since reply wish i am wrong..

Rule number 1, this qtr profit must be mote than last qtr. Next qtr.profit.must be more than this qtr.
Rule number 2 . Its PE. Ratio must be less than.10
