在股友的提醒下,uncle jim才发现漏写了hektar(5121,MYREITs)的31/3/2015 quarter report,现在补上,先看看summary

Revenue上涨3.42%,profit上涨6.06%,nav per unit上涨0.038%,而hektar宣布派息2.6sen per unit,这与2014年同期一样,ex-date 1jun2015,payment date 17jun2015。

hektar的数据全面向上,在这艰难的时刻,非常难得。从报告来看,hektar的许多数据与2014年同期差不多,只是添加了一笔RM15mil的贷款,导致borrowing cost相比去年同期上升了7.65%。在revenue上升3.42%下,hektar的profit还是比2014年同季度好。

hektar管理层表示,revenue的上涨主要贡献于central square翻新后的租金调整。而hektar宣布进行了以下收购:

  1. Lot G59 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 1,342,480.00;
  2. Lot G60 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 1,737,560.00;
  3. Lot G39 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 4,211,070.00;
  4. Lot G69 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 4,474,800.00;
  5. Lot G12 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 3,554,100.00;
  6. Lot G05 at Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre for the purchase price of RM 3,200,000.00

而管理层表示,正与mahkota parade剩余的个别业主洽商,希望收购剩余unit。而早前收购的 Lot G76 mahkota parade于31/3/2015完成收购,开始贡献收益。
