Gadang - Prominent investor asking you to chase high again. For him to sell?
Today, prominent investor come out with a post saying Gadang is showing a strong buying signal. I am wondering on how come this old man now interested in looking at the chart. He mentioned in his posts before that he don't really trust chart but somehow now believing in chart. All this while, his investing philisophy has been on value investing which is to buy low sell high. But somehow he changed now. Do be careful of this prominent investor buy call. He is showing chart for his advantage after he has accumulated enough shares to sell. He always target good company for his campaign so that he can make up tons of story to convience you to buy. When he start mentioning, its a clear sell signal. If you haven't buy, do be patient to wait a while for the stock to correct a bit before enter. Do not chase high on his kind of buy call. When share price at high, you will just give more opportunity for the directors to dispose their shares. Look what happened to Liihen. So much disposal from directors.
Another thing that I noticed is why his name does not show up as substantial share holder list in Bursa announcement as he claimed he has a lot of Gadang shares now? Is he using nominee account to purchase or he will be reporting late again? As a substantial share holder, he should not even publishing about his shares or even promote it as it can be viewed as trying to manipulate the share price.
Sometimes, there is a reason for low PE for a particular stock. Of course Gadang is known to bid for mega projects. But bidding of projects announcement is just speculative to give hope. And bidding does not guarantee that they get the project. Even if a company gets the project, the profit is not realized yet until the project completed. The market will not give that high valuation just based on getting big projects but didn't compute the cost and whether they can deliver or not.
What is his motive of promoting his share now if not for him to sell? Prominent investor is a well known weak holder and sell as soon as the price is peak, so good luck if you still want to chase high.
Some of the substantial share holder start disposing. Now is the time to distribute to retailers (suckers). Will 10th Aug 2016 be the starting point for Gadang share disposal? Lets wait and see...
Lets compare that with Liihen. Its incredible that many directors start disposing. Do becareful. Liihen share price already high. If this quarter don't do well, the fate will be gap down in share price. If Liihen share price can still go up to the moon, why most of the directors dispose their shares?
Do take note that this prominent investor promoted Liihen and ask investor to chase high at RM3.30. See it goes sideway after that. In this case, don't chase high. Its not 100% that it will be going up exceeding RM3.30. But he said still cheap. If investing in stock is as easy as looking at the PE number, everyone will be millionaire by now.

I said Sifu started to broadcast when it was Rm1.60-Rm1.70 during Nov 2015....yes...and I expected when koon koon comes out to promote price will up a bit (say 10%) and then he may sell..

Small cap & Penny cap with bright future are still very attractive. But, onky buy before the Big Gun take position. (I'm thinking Kyy might slowly move into the Mid cap, since his early wrong doung has been revealed by lots of i3 members here)

If you haven't buy, do be patient to wait a while for the stock to correct a bit before enter. Do not chase high on his kind of buy call. When share price at high, you will just give more opportunity for the directors to dispose their shares. Look what happened to Liihen. So much disposal from directors.

Apini is throwing a challenge (bet) to me, not quoting me saying that price will drop to Rm1.60 before next quarter. I misinterpreted his msg and hentam him kuat kuat. So I admitted I was wrong....
But for Koon Koon leh....hehe...he will continue to post and I will continue to whack....fair deal....

Prominent investor interpret the chart as cup and handle which is bullish. But it can be double top also which is bearish. Again, don't chase high. When there is no buyer, the price will come down to safer level to buy. Be patient and don't be greedy.

Prominent investor only have one motive. To enrich himself so that he can cover himself as good man donate to the poor. Those who like to donate, please do so directly. By following his buy call, you are open to risk of losing money. Why you need the prominent investor to donate on your behalf?

Do you think all those who are buying into gadang now are stupid and follow KYY blindly ?
you keep on damaging the uptrend of a good stock would not do youself or others anything good
But will make yourself look equally evil like the prominent investor you described
Save your breath
Share with us your version of valuation how is it at the current price 2.70 , gadang is overpriced and what are the risks involved
Right from the beginning until now you have only talk about the evil intention of the prominent investors again and again , non stop
Other than this , we do not see anything from the financial point of view that will bring disaster to our investment.
I think you have shown enough of your kind heartedness,
continue telling the same story again and again , it becomes over cooked and will only turn yourself look more disgusting than the prominent investor you described
Nobody will blame you if they lose money
But many will blame you if they can make money but have not make because of your story

FYI, I held heavy positions of Gamuda-WE at one time (and I believe I bought earlier (cheaper) or at the same time with Koon Koon n Sifu) and make more than 100% profit.
But when Koon Koon finally come out to promote Gamuda-WE few weeks ago at Rm1.15 I also hentam him 996...
Not really sour grape right?
I happy to make my money but I do warn others on the possible risk of Koon Koon's buy calls basing on his past records n modus operandi.

Koon Koon's modus operandi:
1) He only come out to promote when prices is ard record high (after he acquired at low prices diam-diam)...
2) He will not hesitate to sell all within 2-3 months after his buy calls (Rsawit/Jtiasa/Mudajaya which he confessed so)...
3) So far his winning rate is only 2 or 3 out of his many buy calls
These are all facts. U may browse thru all his posts.

how much money need to continue push a price?
maybe 100 million or more than that for a counter?
although kyy is rich, my i do not think he is able to do that… even a group of investor can do that only on penny stock…

I oso same story ... buy 2.04 & letgo 2.65 thanks to KYY Icon8888 ... prefer to wait after ESOS. Long term this stock will be another GAMUDA if it keep current trajectory perhaps in 2+ year time ... but short term valuation with current Bursa index level... you have to decide yurself since the split and bonus & eSOS ..etc
