Untimely disclosures and secretive actions by prominent investor - A challenge to Bursa?
Noticed that some of the share acquisition announcement in Bursa website with transacted price and some don't. I am not sure whether there is any reason for it. Why the transacted price announcement is inconsistent? If its an obligation to show the price brought, then why some don't mention the price they brought?
Canone shares brought without pricing. Some more this announcement made 11 days later. Let me show you the share brought by Warren Buffett via New York stock exchange below. So transparent units brought and pricing.
Why this example from Heveaboard, with share price? In both cases are substantial share holder.
Lets look at New York Stock Exchange. The pricing and transaction date listed in details. Most of us know that Warren Buffett brought a lot of Phillips 66 shares in Feb 2016. See the details of transactions and disclosure. It display with price and the units brought and announcement within a few days.

It should be MANDATORY to put the price. And please shorten the disclosure period from 2 weeks to 1 week only. We retailers also want to cari makan u know.

Bursa is seriously slacking. Simple but important information like company name change is not even updated since February. All the managers and executives getting buta gaji.

Bursa got ppls working meh? Epf bought post. Submitted to bursa on time. But bursa took 5 days to make it appear in ann. Hidden agenda?

It is not easy to track the insiders's selling or buying of shares in our local market. The announcements are not user friendly. Sometimes, it takes a lot of time to figure out what these insiders actually did, despite the announcement. The languages used in some of these announcements are flowery and often not easy to interprete.

I have friends working in Bursa. Basically the company culture are to do nothing.
Wait receiving for salary and bonus only..
Servers protection is quite amazing though. Many layers before physically reaching to those servers.
