依斯干达高楼房产滞销延续

在柔佛依斯干达经济走廊，高楼住宅房产滞销仍未改善，经济前景不明朗，加上之前规划好的计划，不可能一再延迟推出，而是按原订计划推行，促使滞销房产、特别是高楼单位持续增加。（参考数据表）从数据表可以看出，兴建中的高楼公寓单位，2018年的数目比2017年稍微减少，售价在25至50万令吉的房产单位，数目占较大比例，估计这个价格的房产，也是较多购屋者需求的组别。
