WORLD ECONOMY

Not much change since January.  Now that the REAL ECONOMY is substantially diverse from the FINANCIAL MARKETS, misallocation of funds are everywhere.

WORLD STOCK MARKETS

STOCK MARKETS are harder to predict than the REAL ECONOMY, as big chunk of it is SENTIMENT DRIVEN.  That is why, some investors were scratching their heads, why certain price of the stocks does not represent their fundamental value.  There are quite a few mentioned in i3 lately.  Some prices is traded at HALF the valuation.  Let's hope they discover them later.

If prices always equate to its valuations, then all mathematicians will be super rich.  Of course, if we find the share market faster than the fundamental, we should put a bit more focus on Defensive stocks with strong dividend or blue chips.
