Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Calvintaneng Refreshing Our Figures for MphbCapital (USApg comments on Nov 12th, 2015)

1) CASH RM425 MILLIONS (Now Even More)
2) 5.9 acres Imbi Lands (5.9 acres x 43560 sq ft at Rm2,800 psf) = Rm719 Millions
3) 1700 acres Pengerang lands (1,700 acres x 43,560 sf ft x Rm30 psf) = Rm2,2 Billions
4) 83 acres Penang (83 acres x 43,560 sq ft x Rm150 psf) = Rm542 Millions
5) 15 Acres Flamingo KL (15 acres x 43,560 sq ft x Rm500 psf) = Rm326 Millions
6) Famingo Hotel Penang = Rm100 Millions (too cheap lah)
7) 51% Stake in MP Insurance = Rm300 Millions
8) Rawang 265 acres & Gombak Lands 324 acres = Rm300 Millions
9) MP Credit = Rm120 Millions

Total Net Net is Rm5.032 BILLIONS

Total Shares is 715 Millions

So NET NET Is Rm7.03 Per Share!

If Pengerang Lands Valued at Rm50 psf then add another Rm1.481 Billions

Then NTA Increased to Rm9.10 per share!

 

At Rm1.45 MphbCap is Selling at a Whopping 85% Discount to NTA.

Both Walter Schloss & Ben Graham would be dancing hand in hand if they come across Mphb Capital in their time!

Mphbcap did not move much for the years of 2015 to 2016 because Brent Crude fell to a low of below USD40 a barrel. And since Petronas Revenue got hit RAPID's projects were delayed slightly.

I was just contemplating why Datuk Surin and all 5 Directors were loading up so many Mphbcap shares.

I think if i am not mistaken there was a rumor that After they sold off the INSURANCE BUSINESS THERE MIGHT BE A VERY JUICY RM1.00 CAPITAL REPAYMENT OR MORE.

AND IF GREAT EASTERN LIFE BOUGHT OVER THE INSURANCE ARM FROM MPHBCAP THEN
MPHBCAP WILL INDEED KABOOOOOM LIKE KUCHAI!!!

Land remain as paper value if is not developed and or sold. It could be waiting for another 10 years nothing happens to unlock value. Unlike property which can generate cash flow and easier to encash.

As RAPID is rapidly in completion with all infrar, electricy, water, sewage, drainage and highways just beside Mphbcap's lands it will be very easy to build anything on these lands when converted from oil palms
