I ALREADY CALLED NAIM OFFICE FOR
NAIM SECRETARY MADAM ONG SIEW LIAN
1) SHE SAID THEY ARE NOW AWAITING FULL PAYMENT FOR 2 PIECES OF LAND SOLD TO SEC (SARAWAK ECONOMIC CORP)
2) ONCE RECEIVED THEN AFTER THAT NAIM WILL OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE DIVIDEND PAYMENT
3) DIVIDEND WILL FOLLOW PROPOSALS PASSED IN EGM (READ THIS: ALL INSIDE https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company...
4) THE TIME FRAME IS 12 MONTHS BUT ALL 18 SEN (RM180 PER SHARE) WILL BE GIVEN AS PROPOSED
5) SO LET ALL DECIDE WHETHER IT IS WORTHWHILE TO INVEST
BY PUTTING MONEY IN BANK FD IS ALSO AN INVESTMENT
THE P/E OF 1.75 SEN INT RATE A YEAR IS 57.14 (OR IT WILL TAKE 57 YEARS TO DOUBLE YOUR MONEY)
FOR NAIM AT 80.5 SEN WITH 18 SEN DIVIDEND MEANS A YIELD OF 22.3% OR P/E 4.47
(IT TAKES LESS THAN 5 YEARS TO DOUBLE YOUR MONEY)

For Dutaland there is nothing after asset sale
Harn lern also not much asset left
For Naim it is a Huge company with many treasures still inside
1. Top shareholder of Dayang
2. Top holder of Perdana
3. Owns hotel, shopping malls and other buildings all over Sarawak
4. Construction business
5. Own lots of industrial lands just the two pieces sold
6. Build affordable houses selling like hot cakes
7. Unlocking of value by Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak
8. Resumption of dividends like years 2004 to 2015
9. The best is yet to come

tan sri calvin before butaland declare dividend u said got buta grand hotel that worth a few hundred millions.anyway too greedy no sell naim at 85cts.i think if rebound to 83cts have to sell

Grand Dutaland they no give answer

Project still white elephant
For Naim the projects are bread and butter single storey houses
They planned to build 2500 of them in 5 years
That is Rm750 million gross or Rm500 mil net profit
Will be Rm1.00
Enough to give another good dividends for next 5 years

Once 18sen dividend date announced. Price will up naturally. Can buy in batches rather than keep money in the bank for ~2.3% PA
