Kossan ASP is the lowest amongst all glove, because the boss is very conservative. It still have minimum 6 quarter to show Q-to-Q profit increase.

I think now their quarter report ASP is showing last year May-June ASP price. Next quarter will reflect July-Aug ASP, which is minimum 30% higher than previous quarter.

2) On Nov'2020, their company just signed just signed a 1 year contract at USD97.50 for 7.5mil pcs glove per month (about 3 container per month) for 12 months. Shipment will start from Mar'2021 - Feb'2022.

3) On Jan'2021, their company just signed just signed a 1 year contract at USD103.00 for 5mil pcs glove per month (about 2 container per month) for 12 months. Shipment will start from May'2021 - Apr'2022.

* The above just a contract signed with one of the Malaysia Glove Manufacturer (not necessary will be TG)

From this information, we can ensure that all this high ASP (USD70 and above) are yet to reflected in the Quarter Report, and it will only reflected on Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1, Q2, Q3 ,Q4 2022.

So all the analyst who assume ASP will start drop in Q3'2021 will immediate reflected in Q3'2021 QR is incorrect. The ASP drop will only start reflected in FY2023 as the entire production line for FY2021 and FY2022 are mostly fully book and locked with high ASP price d.

Assume the raw material price are remain same and non of the customer cancel the order, Top Glove should be able to continue earn total RM12bil for FY2021, and RM8-10bil for FY2022, then only gradually drop to RM4-5bil for FY2023.

This week is Glove week.
So Chemical Stock will be go up together.

My strategy is everytime it drop from high by 5%, I will buy 10 big lot.
If it remain at the same price level for more than 1 week, I will buy again.
Fund allocated for this counter is RM150k as long as the price still below RM1.00.
Once it above RM1.00, I will not top up anymore. Then fund will be move to another undervalue growth stock.

Example:-

If it go up to RM0,75, then it drop 5%, around RM0.715, then I will buy. If drop to RM0.68, I will buy again, then RM0.65. If it stop dropping, maintain at RM0.65 for more than 1 week, I will buy again. if it move up to RM0.715 and maintain there 1 week, I will add more also. This action will be repeat until the share price reach RM1.00.

What happen if the price continue drop? All the way from RM0.75 to RM0.30?
For me, if the fundamental or growing of the company does not have significant change, I will continue stick with it.

My target is to accumulate, I am not looking for short term rebound or profit taking, I am aim for long term, until the price reflect its true value.

LeonFuat is difference from other steel counter, which mainly focus on either manufacturing or trading. LeonFuat is more focus on steel processing, which is higher margin and less competitor, and they have owned one of the highest speed machine in South East Asia.

Steel trading mean you just buy steel from manufacturer, then sell to hardware shop or construction site.

Steel processing mean you customise the steel to any shape or design that your client request. Example, if you client is furniture manufacturer, they will request you to produce a steel handle for their drawer, steel stand for their table...etc.

QR not yet out, that is 2019 result, don't mislead!
