1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX” or the
“Company”) wishes to announce that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“DNT”), a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company had on 7 March 2024 entered into a Memorandum of
Understanding (“MOU”) with Korea Trade Network (“KTNET”) (collectively referred to as
the “Parties” and each a “Party”) with the intent to support and collaborate for a few initiatives
involving the Port Community System, Electronic Customs and IT Consultancy services in
trade facilitation area.

2. DETAILS OF KTNET
KTNET was incorporated in South Korea and having its address at principal office 338,
Pangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
KTNET is Korea’s national paperless trade infrastructure operator that implements and operates
the uTradeHub Platform for all businesses in international trade in collaboration with the
Korean government. Leveraging the experience, KTNET has successfully implemented ecustoms systems in other countries

When they list the highways, they will get back cash. so more projects, no loans, no losses

After sold all the highway. Ekovest only left the construction. So more projects more loan more losess. The company no highway to generate revenue and cashflow. So going bankrupt?

This is a choice between having it now and enduring an indefinite wait while looking at paper losses and what more looking at every other shares go up - but u can sleep soundly over this cos we all know 1 fine day it will turnaround

Or forgetting it and miss the first 20-30% of a real run then join the party

Fundamentals of insas is what u call an open secret...no argument needed

Look at the chart guys, see if the U shape forms, if it doesn't can forget about insas already and let contrarian do the work lol

If the U shape forms u have 40MA sitll pointing up, insas is firmly above 200MA, SO RSI will both point up beautifully and u have another round of 1.25-1.30 before it rockets up 😉

CEO shouted out Ebitda US$1B by 2025

Bloomberg reports Yinson seeking US$1B by this month before the eventual spin-off listing of FPSO assets as soon as 2026

CEO further stated back in Sep'23 its smallish RE business will turn profitable by this year

And unlike some companies that only shout out and sign MOUs...Yinson alreaddy has the 100B contracts in hand and they are reporting record profits quarter after quarter

BUT share price languishing this way, buy also bored, or scared, depending on how much you have.

I have to pause until momentum kicks in. Yawns.

I suppose I made a terrible mistake not buying all 3 of them but just buying DNEX 2 weeks ago...........

Can only say, thankfully most of us took the money and ran. Now we can buy again. Given its long history of disappointing us, I am not taking 32.5 cents just yet, give another 10-20% buffer (or miss it...)

The bloomberg reported US$1B pre-IPO fund raising is huge.

US$1B > 60% of present market cap

Again, given Yinson's track record (in terms of share price), it may or may not move the needle

The wait contiues, good counter, no fear, have patience

This month expect Yinson to announce all time high quarterly results.

At the same time, expect Yinson share price to either go side ways or move down lol

To be contrarian, the fact that forum comments have drastically fallen suggest bottoming process, recovery could come soon. Buy at 0.265, you get it 37% than Tong wahhhh

DNEX is ok. This counter is fairly liquid, you can trade it

Short term, we see whether it touches 0.330 again. That's a strong support. If it breaks then short term traders can watch with popcorn dont act. Should it touch 0.330 and bounce back, that's a nice retest of lows. There's still the intraday low of .315 to watch out for. It'll be far more interesting even for anyone who already has shares for it to retest .330 quickly rather than go 34-35 sideways

NIISE supposed to be announced 26th March which is just a few weeks away. The way the 3 counters have been moving, they are saying DNEX is out lol. Expect a small blip if they get NIISE. To answer i3Broly, I suppose we should think DNEX, they are the largest and have credibility for already having multiple Govt contracts, IRB is a strong one albeit so small. Tun Noor's sweet smile and waving and CEO's Palestinian crusade should help the cause

In the next few months, placement expected. The classic move is to spend a few weeks to a month drive it up (but before that which is now, push it down), then placement comes and drive it up further for placement shares to be unloaded. Placement price usually forms a good psychological bottom. So if they place it out at say 38 cents, it should form a new bottom until it breaks. Granted, 38 cents would be terrible and hugely dilutive to existing shareholders. But we take what we get, better than nothing

Longer term, many unbelievable events
1) Silterra CGP arbitration resolution. Whatever the outcome it should be better than now, if we look back how much it has fallen since the uncertainty. CEO say 1Q24 will resolve. But we should get use to delays. So, long term, wait
2) Foxconn JV, plans submitted back in Aug-Sep'23. Govt so eager for FDI. What's up here? Does everyone really have to move this slowly. Consolation, at least this MOU did amount to some hope.
3) Recovery of semicon demand. Inari, AEM, etc are not doing well too. Well, all of them are consistent to say recovery is in sight 2H24. But this is what they say, it could drag on and on.
4) First oil from Ping which will double output, and eye on the spin-off oil listing they want

Risk scenario, the way the share is moving, cannot rule out a rights issue. Consolation, they have to have good reasons, it could be Foxconn JV, Silterra takeover/upgrade, Ping acquisition of new oilfield etc...all of which isn't too bad la. If we already have a lot, we can only hope they are going to issue at a higher price. If we dont have much, then whatever comes is fine, we can buy low sell high lor

So DNEX is okla. Add it and play with it

Yes but the point is what if Ekovest continues to bleed in highway operations but profit from construction? Since buying Ekovest is buying all of its business including durians. Knusford will be pure play.

Problem is we dont know what's the whole gameplan...Ekovest will own too much of Knusford, what's their next move

Volume not there yet. If today can do 50M shares and close ar 345-350, that should be quite bullish

MYEG's management is quite superb really. We can all see that they are consciously diversifying away from MY Government risk and doing so with quite a fair bit of success already. Now go other 3rd world countries provide similar services. Pride of Malaysia!

Looks quite attractive la, "quietly" gapped down and now hovering at this price give new traders chance to punt, old traders chance to average down. We all know this is a goreng stock. They dont report 600M loss I can accept already lol

1-for-1 bonus issue was in Sep'21. Adjusted for the bonus this means the current dividends declared is more than double the highest dividend ever paid. Is that right? Lazy to check through records just ripped off the data online hehe

Actually surprised that it didnt follow through the break 83. Results pretty good, new projects pretty good, management pretty good so whats up, market is saying 81 cents share price is pretty good already lol

Dear OTB, if that is what you did, it is not a mistake and in fact a shrewd move. A good trader never hestitates to acknowledge a mistake and move on. Your move to pick up YTLP at 40-80% higher than the price you first identified is now proven to be a smart move and that led to many folds of profits

OTB, Yinson no worries. Your fundamental analysis in tact. If there's unforeseen event, Yinson crash, we buy more. The greatest risk to Yinson should have been external, interest rate risk, oil risk even if it's indirect. Once Fed rate peaks (if it didn't already) and have a clear path downward, perceived interest rate risk will reduce substantially. Oil has been stable - FPSOs are happy with Oil $60, and I always say, Yinson survived negative Oil price period in tact, profits intact, not share price infact...

By right, Yinson is an indirect proxy to USD strength. USD up, Yinson earnings up. The share price is reflecting none of that.

Surprise seller emerged in warrants. I am going for it. Starting with $500k today at 0.435, if all can be done today then be it. If itchy finger maybe hit more. In any event, if warrants fail I will exercise them all at total cost $2.70+ which I will accept. That's the cost of speculating for short term gains lol

The frustration we have with Yinson is not so much how much money it makes...it's the opportunity cost where it's going no where while we are already in a baby bull market pffffffff

Whether or not it's going to be profitable, you have to agree that it's immaterial

Confirmation alone will drive the share price up like there's no tomorrow
