For those who TLDR;
Only choose company with strong cash flow.
Do not rush in with all your capital, buy in stages because low can really go lower, and even lower.
Buckle up guys! Brace yourself as there are a few more waves to come.

Calvintaneng is a fraud plain and simple. His strategy is similar to many penny stock pushers, promote as many stocks as possible, choose those that went up and promote further, discards those that didn't do well and hide it as far in as possible.

He has promoted 40 stocks last year with glowing buy calls. Out of those 40 stocks, 14 stocks are green. He then uses those that went up to say he is brilliant and incredible. He collects WhatsApp members and tries to buy more penny stocks to push up and deletes opposing opinions in his NETX thread.

Very KRON-nic situation now for KRONO shareholders.

ahteck85,
There are those who believe in TTB and those who don't.
We believe because we know what is to be expected & we know TTB walks the talk. We know ICAP operates differently from other stocks.
I'm only curious as to what ICAP would buy but we would only know in the next annual report.
In the meantime, we can only hold on.

SCBABYSHOP19,
Actually, if you have spare cash, you may average down. But you may also want to wait for it to drop further.
If you bought it initially to beat FD rates, I think you'll be perfectly fine in 1 year or years to come, bcause FD rates will pale in comparison to MBB's DY.

Looking at most comments on i3, investors investing with a 5-year horizon would be less than 1%, I think.

But if inflation is factored in, shouldn't RM11 be the lowest in 10 years?

icepumpkin,
I'm the same as you.
But I treat GENM as FD, and can afford to put there for years.
For short term of 6 months, hoping once covid19 has subsided & theme park opens, it can bounce back.

But you're a syndicate, shouldn't you be able to manipulate some share to profit from ikan bilis? (just joking, haha)
Jokes aside, I agree with you. I think the crash now is based on emotions, but another bigger crash may come when the financial & economic performance results are out in a few months time.

I agree with wallstreetrookie. We can copy him in some ways but not in totality. What is more important is to find an investment method we are most comfortable with.

If PCHEM drops to RM3, KLCI will be around 800 level. There's a chance, but very low I think. Good opportunity to collect a gem at a steal.

BKTboy,
If you want real investment advisors, advice will definitely cost a fee.
Here at i3investor, almost everyone has an interest in stocks they recommend to buy or sell or hold. Not advisable to blindly follow what others say. After all, you deserve to dictate how your hard earned money should be used, not anyone else.
No one has a crystal ball. But some of us, are firmly believing in the the optimism of the opening of the theme park. And with the coronavirus going away eventually, there's no reason why GENM can't return to its days of RM3 or maybe RM4.

Still very strong at RM40. Great companies sustain their premium pricing. By having exemplary past financial performance, that gives confidence to its shareholders that no one is willing to sell below RM30-40, despite DLADY is no longer the promising growth stock with FD-beating dividends.

As long as one can continue holding, a loss can reverse back to a win. Keep holding if capital is not urgently needed.

The stock market does provide good opportunities to build long term wealth as shown above. It can also be seen that some of the biggest gains in the market came in spurts and short periods of time. One can only profit from these opportunities if he is armed with the necessary knowledge and well prepared.

This may be grossly oversold. Carimin has about 3-4 Petronas projects, which guarantees profit every quarter until the project is over. I may be really wrong, but I just think profits aren't dependant on oil price, but rather, O&G contracts. I think as long as Petronas doesn't cancel its projects, Carimin will continue profiting.

Lottery-like stocks like KNM, Hibiscus, like lottery tickets, offer hope of winning big. Most individual investors are attracted to lottery-like stocks, owning on average 90% of them.
But think and analyze, what is the probability of any of these hopes to be realized, and that the shareholders will enjoy reasonable return from their investments in lottery-like stocks such as Hibiscus and KNM?
