Cold Eye has been holding this counter since few years back. It was mentioned in his book. That time it was called Orna Steel. Just recently changed name to CSC.

KC, I have a friend who is a fund manager in HDBS. he said some of the foreign buying was actually made up by our local fund epf. They could actually call their partners from overseas to push up certain stocks just to make it look as though foreigners are very interested in investing in Malaysia and refletcing that Malaysia is very prosperous.
