Free Think, you are right as the contest is ongoing where trading is allowed, potenza10 is entitled to stop his trading anytime if he feel that the 33% return is enough for him to win the challenge. Of the 26 contestants, 21 have made gains whilst only 4 are in the red. One participant has yet to perform any transactions. Currently topping the list is Rich which is way ahead of 2nd placed SKC61103 with OoiTB a place behind. At the bottom of the table is Musang Foxking with a heavy loss of more than 7K. As for the direct challenge between Hafiz and Saturn, interestingly both are incurring losses with the former just one position above the latter.

I know - but I am just penning my opinion in general, no offence meant to anyone. That's why I said the trend is rather unusual, so much selling in the last 4 days as compared to the volume on monday when it went up !

sephiroth, as I mentioned earlier the T+3 factor is not a big issue nowadays. For every counter there is always a T+3 everyday. For Digistar today is actually T+4 but the last 4 days volume is so much higher than the first day (Monday) when it shot up - rather unusual. Look at Pelikan for example, the price has been going up on T+1, T+2, T+3, T+4, T+5, T+6 ....... So the issue of T+3 cannot be taken for all stocks.

But I have to agree that the last 2 days' trading pattern are rather unusual.

Please refer to posting below. Prices go up and down and what's is the big issue when there is a just a movement of 1 sen. It's so easy to say buy and sell, up and down but in saying so please provide supporting facts or figures.

Yes, KC is right. There is no logic to convert at this point in time just for a few sen gain based on current prices. . Another reason is that by the time you have the shares in the CDS account, prices may have changed. Thus advice from your broker or any financial consultant. Just my opinion.

Only thing is that the WA trend is not in tandem with the mother share.

To me, the market is for the big boys. As long as we can make some small money, it's good enough. For bigger gains one has to go for long term investing and I reckon those counters mentioned by kcchongnz are worth considering. Just my two cents.

CT, probably you may not believe me. I am no expert in stocks and mostly go in and out based on my 30 years of trading (see my postings). City Trader, just made RM200+ beer money. Went in 10,000 units at 46.5 sen and sold at 49.5 sen 15 minutes later. That's fun trading !
