The best part in 3 month past, the share price were in range 0.335-0.36. It is very weird the 2 party (Abu Sahid & Shah from Kaspadu) keep increasing their stake in SGB, even though less than rm100k. I think most of us waiting good news from Scomi whether they secure big project.

This company struggling to go higher, internal source say no bonus for their staff, they sold their land because they don't have money to developed that land aggressively and their revenue also not attractive for property co. The question is, why they sold their land to get huge cash? If they smart, they would developed that land and sold their product at high price. MBSB financial exec says Bukit Merah Laketown is a white elephant project, they have huge land there but its not developed yet due to a weak financial strength. This company also not in the EPF or Amanahraya radar.....Better change another property counter, such as Glomac, IJM & UEM.
