This is another counter where the major shareholder extracts benefit to himself at the expense of company and the minority shareholders, just look at the loan interest charged to the company for a loan taken from the major shareholder. The integrity of the major shareholder is really in question. Sensible person will not invest in this type of junk.

This is a company to be avoided as the characters of the major shareholders/directors are suspect.
