Both China and US don't produce glove in huge quantity as commodity.

In my opinion, it should be the lowest PE among the three mentioned. In addition, it needs to factor in the insider trading issue as well. The company also has the lowest efficiency and innovation among gloves manufacturers.
PE=18 (10% off PE=20 allocated)
Based on latest EPS=0.16, RM2.88 is fair value.

Agree, I never like IB analyst.Not any from any IBs.
I used to call them SPINELESS people.
Can't even give a buy or sell call that hold for more than 6 months.
When there's changes in the marketplace, they rerate, upgrade,downgrade,etc.
No confident in their own analysis to give a firm CALL and not changing for long term like 1 or 2 years.
Most of their analysis is also not accurate.

If takin 5500 bpd as profit oil

Profit oil = 5,500×90×78×4×4=617,760,000

Net of 38% PITA = 383,011,200

Net of 30,000,000 admin = 353,011,200

PAT @ 24% tax = 268,288,512

I'm not sure why you felt this negative goodwill is BAD.
Negative goodwill is good sign that the company managed to get a good deal on asset that is greater than what the company paid for.
The difference between the 2 value is called negative goodwill.

That's why the company published the result of the crude oil reserves much earlier.

This counter was a buy chip with RM20 billion market capitalisation.
Mismanagement, heavy debts and plunging crude oil price the last few years have put into mid cap category.

You're right. I belive RM0.30 and below is good opportunity but with the same management, I have doubts.
I agree with Pmaster to go for other blue chips counter and is much safer bet.

Best of all if anyone here pour money in through the right issue and after few more years, the company declare bankruptcy.

It's not desperate sellers.
Looking at the volume it generates, it's more likely to be day traders or short term traders(contra traders), buying for a few cents of gain.
They need to offload as soon as possible after every trade.

Though my opinion, this counter is currently trading at fair value instead. Many(in I3 forum) had forecast net profit(ex-goodwill) to be between RM180mil and RM300 mil for 2018/2019.
But I personally think that it's too optimistic and I only forecast net profit (ex-goodwill) around RM100 mil for 2018/2019.
Even in my most optimistic calculation is around RM125 mil.
I'm probably wrong since so many had question my calculation method.
