In the long term, this toll biz will get affected, at least till 2023.

Yup. Agreed with you.

YTL offers better stability and has better income diversification.
The company still have less than 50% exposure to YTLpowr and able to enjoy earnings from the double tracking Gemas project and HSR(just awarded).

Ytlpowr earnings will be bigger when the Attarat project had completed.

My opinion is ,this time is a delayed one.
Probably 2019.
Be on the look up for sign next few months.
