Price offered by KLK seems a bit low at RM 1.55/share, for 33%, since some prime land have not been revalued. Bplant will still remain listed since BHldg will still hold 35 %. Can it be like Ewein , went up to double the Offer Price, since amount of shares in free float will be quite small ?

If BPlant takeover leads to a higher price and CPO price over RM4k/, then Plantations can be re-rated. Also Energy is now the main theme, so YTLPower is main mover, as it has major power stations in Jordan, Indonesia, Singapore and Wessex Utilities in UK. If Brent is above US 80, then our country should do well also.

Maybe all selling by Kwap, Epf finished. For EMS company, price is still low. Has room to move up.

Company gave bonus warrant of 1 for 4. Anybody knows the Ex Px of the warrants ? Vis has been known to go down and quickly recover . Let us hope price can recover as only 1 quarter of losses, as compared to last year s overall very good results.

Good if company can at least give a small dividend to assure shareholders that profits are genuine. Warrant listing should ensure higher trading volume is done.

Ex px is 63 cents. Normally 5 yr tenure can have 10 % premium. Warrant value is 3.5 cents plus 10% is 7 cents. Thus at listing CAB-WA should be around 10 cents. Let us hope due to good results as half year eps of 10 cents, is more than last years, warrant price shall be higher.
