Orang Nippon, DNEX didn't go up to RM6 as predicted by you. It is struggling now at under 50 sen a share. Investors just aren't convinced that Ranhill would spike to RM2 should YTLP increase its stake to over 50%.

Keck Seng's development land in Johor is not limited to Pulai area only. It also has 7,500 acres of plantation/development land in Pasir Gudang area. Now assuming its development land in Pulai is worth RM50/ft2 and its landbank in Pasir Gudang area is worth RM9/ft2 or RM400,000 per acre. Total worth of its landbank is over RM4 billion.

You are a gambler/speculator, I am a long term investor, investing mainly in bank counters. Gamblers/speculators sometimes make money but often lose. You can't defeat syndicates.

EPS for the past 9 years averaged 5.6 sen. This year's eps is unlikely to exceed 4 sen. I am unwilling to pay over 70 sen a share for this kind of counter, roughly in line with Maybank's recommendation.

Time to wake up and move ahead. Come on, you are worth much more than RM1.19 a share.

Cresendo Corp Bhd recently sold some land in Pulai to Singapore owned company STT GDC Malaysia 2 Sdn Bhd for RM117 million or RM100/ft2. Keck Seng has around 25 million ft2 of development land there. How much do you think Keck Seng's land is worth?

MRCB was trading at above 70 sen a share before Covid19 struck in early 2020. No reason why it can't go up to 70 sen again. It may take time.

Steadily moving up, give it two weeks to break 50 sen again.

Should have pared down its cash holdings by 50% and invest in counters with high dividend yields like Maybank.

Never say others are situpid. I averaged down from over 50 sen to 35 sen over a two year period. I would have made much, much more had I averaged down to 29 sen.

When it is down a bit, naysayers are back again. My take is it would stay above 40 sen.

Reacting to the conflict in the Middle East. Should Israel launch a ground attack on Gaza, it may even dip to TM3.80. Golden opportunity awaits.

Those who are scared should buy bank stocks. Maybank is doing particularly well over the past few months.

Once the spectre of a full scale war in the ME starts to dissipate, MRCB would rebound.

Closed at RM5.59 for six consecutive days. My take is it is a good sign.

Those who had bought Genting when it dipped below RM3 in 2020 and held until today have seen their gains wiped out by over 50%. Very different story for Maybank investors who had bought Maybank at below RM7 in 2020 and still hold on to their shares.

This group of Keck Seng directors doesn't understand the meaning of "GORENG".

RHB Bank's earnings per share should exceed 70 sen this financial year. Hoping to be rewarded with a dividend of 45 sen a share this year.

If Keck Seng's major share holders offer RM9 to 10 a share to take the company private, there should be a lot of takers.

These days I only dare to invest in high dividend paying counters like Maybank and RHB Bank. Would pick up some CIMB bank shares as well later.

For Keck Seng to become "hopeful", there must be a change of the guards.

RHB Bank's share price has hardly moved over the past few months, unlike Maybank and CIMB.

Keck Seng's land is mostly located in Pasir Gudang area, UEMS's land is mostly located in Iskandar Puteri area, where most business activities take place.

Price has more than tripled over the last few months. Seems extremely overstretched now. Smart investors should know what to do.
