@upsidedown119, since only mother shareholders will benefit from special div (if any), may be that's why WB is lagging behind. Maybe because people do not want to take the trouble to convert to mother share in order to benefit from the special div. Hence, mother share price running ahead of WB. Just my guess.

When mother share is adjusted downwards, so will WB follow suit except WB holders will not get any cash payout. Is this observation correct?

If a special dividend is indeed on the cards then how would it affect PUNCAK-WB? As we know, WB isn't entitled to any dividend. So, wouldn't it affect WB negatively?

How can u say not just focus on the choco revenue? A consistent and growing revenue/profit biz should drive the stock price, hence the reason why the price isn't going anywhere. NTA is only good when the co is closing shop and liquidating. So, what good is it to hv such high NTA and whatever other unrealized investments but the stock price is languishing?

If u guys' avg cost before ex is, say 0.19...ur avg cost after rights take up shd be:

0.19 + 0.10 = 0.29/2 = 0.145

At current price of 0.135 you're losing 1 sen but with EAH-WC (which shd trade > 0.01), you shd either breakeven or have a bit of profit.
